The basic differences between Blow Mould and Injection Moold are ;

Blow Mould : Blow molding is used to create hollow products, such as bottles, jars, and toys. The process begins with heating a plastic tube, called a parison until it is soft and pliable. The parison is then placed in a mold and air is blown into it, causing it to expand and take the shape of the mold. Once the plastic has cooled and hardened, the mold is opened and the product is removed.

 

Injection Mould : Injection molding is used to create solid products, such as plastic parts for cars, appliances, and electronics. The process begins with melting a plastic resin and injecting it into a mold under high pressure. The plastic then cools and hardens in the mold, taking the shape of the mold. Once the mold is opened, the product is removed.
